The Benefits of a Seamless Co2 Gas Supply For Your Bar

The Eliminator Co2 Automatic Gas Change Over is a cost-effective, automatic cylinder switching unit that works with any beverage gas cylinder up to 3000 psi. The Eliminator provides a seamless application switch between cylinders. Ensuring a continuous supply of beverage gas is especially important during peak periods. The Eliminator is a completely automatic gas cylinder changeover system that is nonelectric, foolproof, and designed for easy installation

What is The Eliminator and What Are The Benefits

The Eliminator is an automatic changeover beverage cylinder switching unit. That works with any beverage gas cylinder in the beverage industry. This unit will automatically change to the full tank, so you never have to worry about running out of CO2. The installation is easy and can be done in just a few minutes. Simply mount the ELIMINATOR automatic changeover valve on the wall with its outlet about 10” above the gas cylinders you are using.

If you are using a TAP RITE brand pressure regulator, you will need to add a 3/4” spacer between the automatic gas cylinder changeover and wall for adequate clearance. With the CO2 Tank, you can enjoy delicious, refreshing carbonated beverages anytime, anywhere.

Automatic Changeover From an Empty Cylinder

The Eliminator is a great way to make sure you always have plenty of CO2 or nitrogen on hand for your bar. It works by automatically switching between two CO2 gas cylinders or nitrogen cylinders. This means that you never have to worry about running out of gas, even during peak periods.

The installation is simple and can be done in just a few minutes. Saves time by eliminating the need for bar staff to manually switch out CO2 cylinders, freeing them up to serve customers in a restaurant, brewery or taphouse.

It also saves money by ensuring a continuous supply of CO2, eliminating any downtime or loss of product due to gas shortages.

Installation of the Eliminator

Before installing the Eliminator automatic changeover system, make sure there are no leaks or damage on any of its components. Sealant washers should be used to connect all connections and ensure a tight seal when connecting hoses with 3/8-inch connection openings for federal AC standards; 5/16-inch ID barrels can also work but may require an extra 1 ⅜” between them depending upon what type of regulator you use (Taprite branded). For this same reason, it's important not to over-tighten the connections as it may damage the regulator. Mount the Eliminator valve on the wall with its outlet about 10” above the gas cylinders you are using. Use 3 to 5 long screws for mounting the valve body to the wall. If you're using a Taprite regulator.

You'll need to add a three-quarter-inch spacer between the eliminator for adequate clearance.

Next, connect your pressure regulators inlet to the eliminator's outlet. Then connect the eliminators inlet to The cylinder that will be used. And before you install the eliminator remember to make sure your hoses and connections are free from damage and potential leak issues.

The illuminator valve will automatically switch to the second cylinder when the pressure in the right cylinder falls below 185 psi. Now replace the empty cylinders on the right with full cylinders. Remember to turn on the cylinders when replaced. And the cycle continues switching between the empty gas cylinders on the left and the right. Your elimination gas cylinder changeover system is not only reliable and gives you the ability to keep operations going without interruption.
